¿Cómo saber si un boleto de Delta es reembolsable?

Creo que reservé un boleto completamente reembolsable con Delta, pero ahora quiero estar segura. ¿Cómo puedo verificarlo? Mi "Itinerario" disponible en su sitio web en "Mis Viajes" no menciona en absoluto la posibilidad de reembolso. Mi "Recibo" (también del sitio web de Delta) tiene solo el texto estándar "Este boleto no es reembolsable a menos que se emita a una tarifa completamente reembolsable. No (parece absurdo esperar en espera para lo que debería ser trivial de responder solo mirando mi boleto). Incluso si lo hubiera hecho, probablemente seguiría preguntando aquí (ciertamente no apostaría mi vida por obtener la respuesta correcta de un representante telefónico de la aerolínea).

Cuando se discuten reembolsos/ créditos con aerolíneas por teléfono, parece que nunca saben si un reembolso determinado se procesará o si un crédito dado será válido para comprar un boleto determinado hasta que realmente hagan clic en "reembolso" o "compra" y vean qué sucede.

Al reservar, deberían ofrecerte la opción de mostrar las reglas de tarifas y en este punto siempre es buena idea mostrarlas y guardarlas.
